On 21 April 2025, Convergent International Tourism Development Limited (hereinafter referred to as Convergent International) joined hands with Oracle NetSuite and Hitpoint Cloud to participate in the launch meeting of Convergent International's Oracle NetSuite project. This meeting marked a solid and critical step in Convergent's digital transformation, aiming to help Convergent achieve the ambitious goals of globalisation, business and financial integration, and future application extension through Oracle NetSuite's leading cloud ERP solution.

At the beginning of the meeting, Convergent's senior leaders delivered speeches in turn.

Mr Chen, CEO of Convergent, said in his speech that Convergent had given the ERP project a lot of thought and considered it an important opportunity for the company to further move towards digitalisation and internationalisation. Mr Xie, CTO of Convergent, pointed out in his speech that the core of this project is to achieve the standardised management of functions and the upgrade of financial technology architecture. Mr Xie mentioned that with the continuous expansion and complexity of the business, the existing management process and technical architecture is difficult to meet the demand, the introduction of Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP system will bring more efficient and intelligent management tools to help Convergent to maintain competitiveness in the digital era.

Convergent's CFO, Mr. Zheng, spoke on the integration of business and finance, financial compliance and standardised project management. Mr. Zheng said that the ERP and CRM project involves a lot of compliance and standardised system process reconstruction, which requires the cooperation of Oracle NetSuite and Hitpoint Cloud with the company's business, technical and financial departments to ensure the project progresses smoothly and on schedule. Construction Objectives
