2、NeSuite's fixed asset module covers ordinary fixed asset management and lease management, lease management functions covering housing, land and other operational leasing scenarios as well as vehicles and equipment and other financial leasing scenarios;

3、Operational leasing: creation of lease records, splitting of right-of-use assets and lease liabilities, and recording of interest; creation and depreciation management of special fixed assets corresponding to right-of-use assets (with a residual value of 0); and management of amortisation plans for right-of-use assets;
