Informatics Challenges
1.Group and international management requirements: there are many e-commerce operating companies in various regions, a large number of inter-company transactions and consolidated reporting requirements, the need for statistical analysis of the amoeba model;

2.Amazon FBA:
(1) headway replenishment automation: NetSuite in direct connection with the FBA warehouse, access to Shipment ID and barcode information, the whole process of tracking the domestic supply chain replenishment progress and the number of arrivals and shelves; domestic procurement tracking;
(2) FBA order replenishment: directly connect to the FBA warehouse every day to get the shipment report, and replenish the sales order and shipment note in NetSuite;
(3) Amazon Bill Docking: Regularly get Amazon FBA bills, generate platform settlement custom records by expense category, synchronously generate invoices, expense journals or withdrawal slips, record them to the corresponding financial accounts, and automatically complete the reconciliation and write-off of receivable invoices by shop;
(4) Receivables and write-off: Create NetSuite invoices from revenue information in FBA bills and create NetSuite payment orders from shop withdrawal records to write off receivable invoices;
(5) Regular reconciliation with FBA warehouse inventory, inventory discrepancy approval adjustment;
3.Walmart and Wayfair (VC business):
(1) Overseas third-party warehouse headway replenishment plan, through direct interaction with the third-party warehouse, access to replenishment real-time status;
(2) Obtain orders for Walmart and Wayfair to be shipped through the direct connection of [MicroEasyLink], notify the third-party warehouse to ship the goods and create SO in NetSuite, obtain the logistics order number of the third-party warehouse, create NetSuite shipping order, and at the same time, send the logistics order number back to the platform:
(3) Directly connect to Walmart and Wayfair bills, and use MicroEase to automatically reconcile and write off invoices receivable.
(4) Regularly reconcile with the third-party warehouse inventory and approve adjustments;
4.Group cost reduction: the cost of each link in the supply chain replenishment of each platform traceability: commodity procurement costs, headway logistics costs, customs shipping costs, arrival costs, warehousing costs, tail logistics costs, inventory impairment, the cost of goods sold on each platform and other details traceability;
