Informatics Challenges
1.Amazon three major VC business model of the systematic and automation of the demand: in the Amazon platform, SC (Seller Central) seller competition between the increasingly hot, many sellers lament the market environment is gradually converging to the ‘involution’ state. Against this background, a consensus has quietly emerged - the end of Amazon is VC, and the end of VC is DI. The VC business model on the Amazon platform is divided into three types: DF (Direct Fulfillment), PO (Purchase Order) and DI (Direct Import). Solutions
1.Unified management of VC and SC shops: VC shops are created directly in NetSuite system and SC shops are synchronised from LeadStar platform;
2.VC three major processes through and automation:
(1) PO / DI (two modes of process is generally similar, only the receiving warehouse is differentiated): Amazon under the VC PO -> NetSuite automatically create SO, SO confirmation and synchronisation to Amazon, NetSuite to create the overseas warehouse shipment notification -> Amazon to create the shipment, NetSuite to upload the order-related attachments and update the Shipment note information (shipment warehouse related) -> submit pro forma invoice to Amazon, NetSuite creates shipment note and creates receivable invoice, collects payment to write off receivable;
(2) DF: VC PO under Amazon -> NetSuite automatically creates SO, SO confirms and syncs to Amazon, NetSuite initiates label request -> Amazon creates label and sends it back -> NetSuite stores the label, NetSuite confirms the shipment -> Amazon confirms the shipment, NetSuite creates the Overseas NetSuite creates overseas warehouse delivery note and synchronises it with overseas warehouse -> update overseas warehouse delivery information, NetSuite creates delivery note and creates receivable invoice, and collects and writes off receivables;
3.SC business and Linkstar docking: SC business-related master data, orders, bills are indirectly obtained through Linkstar and subsequent closed-loop management in NetSuite;
4.Global supply chain management: VC, SC two modes of domestic supply chain and replenishment plan of the whole process of traceability;
5.Financial automation and refined SKU profit analysis: VC three models of sales and procurement closed-loop automation, SC order follow-up reconciliation and write-off automation; based on the cost of each platform SKU and profit analysis report.
