Informatics Challenges
1.The need for a unified globalised group ERP platform: at that time, the Canadian headquarter and the US company used QB bookkeeping, while the domestic company used Kingdee system and relied on Excel to transfer data between each other;
2.Canada and the U.S. companies do not have business systems, the domestic IT department based on Kingdee secondary development of some business modules (such as OnField QC and production management module) to the U.S. and Canadian companies to use, the effect is very poor; and there are only a number of simple business records, there is no financial attributes;
3.Master data management needs to be standardised: due to the previous cutting and packaging according to customer demand, resulting in a large number of SKUs in Kingdee's system and most of them are used only once, with a high degree of data redundancy;
4.Production management needs to be standardised: before it is only through the simple in and out of the warehouse documents to receive materials and completion;
5.The overall management concept needs to be greatly improved, need to learn from the international ERP best practice experience.

Solutions
1.Unify commodity master data coding; increase parent-child goods, reduce SKU redundancy through sub-goods packaging attributes:
(1) Systematically manage the global sales price system; add purchasing grade and price management;
(2) Increase the matching relationship between pasture sales grade and production grade;
2. Reshape global sales and receivables management:
(1) Pricing of global trade chains and inter-company related transactions;
(2) Systematic management of monthly sales plan and shipping plan;
(3) Sales orders are subdivided into USD sales orders and RMB sales orders;
(4) Receivable acknowledgement is divided into: China local sales receivable acknowledgement, Canada U.S. local sales receivable acknowledgement, international U.S. dollar sales receivable acknowledgement, and inter-company transactions receivable acknowledgement;
3. Standardised procurement management:
(1) Purchasing framework contract: Define the purchasing pasture category and grade price;
(2) Purchase order: a procurement framework contract can correspond to multiple purchase orders;
(3) Purchase Entry Order: regardless of whether it is a field warehouse entry or physical warehouse transfer entry, before determining the grade of pasture, only the number of batch entry pasture according to the PO detail line, at this time there is no amount; after the grade is confirmed, the purchase price is automatically brought out;
(4) On Field QC: Customised on-field personalised management module, manages key information such as batch, quantity, location of pasture; at the same time, associates the procurement contract with the purchase order and manages the inventory of the on-field warehouse; each on-field QC record corresponds to a detail line of the purchase order;
(5) Inbound QC: Whether in the field warehouse or in the physical warehouse, after obtaining the pasture grade test report, carry out Inbound QC related tests and associate with the purchase order;
4.Normalised inventory management: add field virtual warehouse and in-transit warehouse inventory management;
5.Increase the cut and pack production management: self-produced work orders and outsourcing work orders standardised management, work order completion and production cost accounting;
6.Add group business financial management reports, real-time control of global business dynamics.
