    1.Multiple business subsystems, serious information silos: business platform (customer billing), ZOHO CRM, Easy Express fee control, Nail (various financial approvals), self-developed direct linking system for banks and enterprises ~ Mutual Funds System (docking Citi, Centre, Merchants), need to be connected with the globalised financial system, to achieve the process of business and financial integration through;

    2.Business middle office and back office financial systems are not synchronised in time: middle office reads the meter on time (customer usage / C-end clicks), and the back office needs to carry out unified invoicing;

    3.Financial automation needs: receivables and payables and reconciliation to achieve a closed loop of underwriting.


  • Solutions

    1.Seamless integration of various sub-systems with NetSuite: ZOHO CRM synchronises customer and order information, the business platform synchronises customer usage information in a timely manner, Easy Express synchronises charge control information, Nail synchronises financial approval information, and Mutual Funds synchronises collection and payment flow information;

    2.NetSuite interacts with the middle office in a timely manner: NetSuite issues invoices based on the meter reading and usage information of the middle office, and the invoicing results are transmitted back to the business middle office and notified to the customers; the unified calculation of customer rebates and the management of receivable credits; and the synchronised bank payment and collection water of the mutual fund system is used for the closed-loop write-off process of the receivable invoices and payable bills in NetSuite;

    3.Fiscal and tax compliance control of global subsidiaries.
