    Reynolds Garment mainly promotes private haute couture suit series. When the haute couture customer places an order, the customer's detailed size information will be entered into the automatic board grabbing system, and the system will extract the most suitable version from the database of more than 500 styles and 10,000 versions according to the information provided, automatically correct, automatically layout, and then generate layout diagrams, which will be transmitted to the automatic cutting machine for cutting to satisfy the needs of personalised customisation.

  • Solutions

    1.U.S.A.Local Operation: NetSuite is originally a U.S. system, which fully meets the local tax compliance requirements and usage habits;

    2.Multi-channel integrated management:

    (1) NetSuite comes with basic 2B distribution and purchasing, inventory, financial functions;

    (2) Hitpoint through the self-developed product [micro easy to connect] plug-ins directly to Shopify, synchronised master data, orders and billing information;

    (3) Warehouse automation and personalised management (integration with RFID WMS):

    * Sales out of the warehouse:

    (1) Warehouse personnel picking according to Pick Ticket, after completing the picking of the trolley into the channel machine;

    (2) RFID channel machine for product name and quantity identification, confirm the information out of the warehouse; RFID equipment will be the order of information sent to the NetSuite system through the API;

    * Purchase into the warehouse:

    (1) Warehouse personnel enter the receipt of goods according to the purchase order, enter the purchase order number on the access control, or use the scanning grab to scan the bar code below the printed purchase order; warehouse unloading personnel will be products from the container to take out the goods and put into the chute, the sliding shelves pass through the access control, the access control automatically reads the bar code and quantity of the products pasted on the access control and clicks submit on the access control;

    (2) RFID access control will read the product information through the API way to NetSuite system;
