    1.Weak group control ability: the rapid development of group business, the original multiple business financial system fragmentation is difficult to integrate, there is no unified platform and unified process, low efficiency of inter-system processes and data interaction;

    2.Group level statistical analysis reports are delayed and inaccurate: product master data coding confusion, product inventory and project/order accounting dimensions are not unified;
