    1.The existing system can not be replaced by the background of information technology remodelling, such as Lead Star OMS (including a large number of operational user data), Kingdee production system (has done a lot of functional development);

    2.Leading Star is good at e-commerce operation, but weak in supply chain management and financial management; the Kingdee system it uses is only good at production management and financial bookkeeping, and weak in supply chain planning, e-commerce operation analysis, and e-commerce financial automation and e-commerce financial analysis;

    3.The overall process of e-commerce operation needs to be reconstructed: including the whole process from product development, shelves, supply chain preparation and execution, e-commerce order synchronisation and shipping, e-commerce receivable reconciliation and write-off, e-commerce cost and profit analysis.

    Remodeling the overall process of PACIFIC's e-commerce operation, clarifying the division of labour of each system, linking Linkstar (focusing on e-commerce operation) and Kingdee (focusing on production), and NetSuite focusing on e-commerce supply chain management, e-commerce financial automation and e-commerce financial analysis.


    1.NetSuite e-commerce supply chain management: docking with Linkstar, collecting sales forecasts from various platforms and shops, automatically calculating commodity supply demand and various replenishment plans through the NetSuite supply chain replenishment model, synchronising with Kingdee's system to monitor the supply chain execution and production progress; tracking the arrival costs and shelves in various overseas warehouses;

    2.NetSuite e-commerce financial automation: Synchronise e-commerce orders and platform bills through Linkstar, and use Hitpoint's self-created e-commerce order reconciliation and write-off process to achieve e-commerce financial closed-loop write-off automation;

    3.NetSuite e-commerce financial analysis: through the control of the global supply chain, as well as platform sales and billing data, through the use of Hitpoint e-commerce SKU analysis model, to complete the dynamic profit analysis of the various platforms and shops of each SKU.
