  • Informatics Challenges

    1.The overseas subsidiaries of the ERP integration of the replacement of the demand: NVC International Group, after ten years of development, opened branches in many countries to expand business, and the use of local business and financial systems, but for the NVC International Group, the subsidiaries of the system can only barely cope with the local management, completely unable to meet the needs of international operations and group control;

    2.Multi-business operation: the business model mainly includes Big B distribution, Small B direct sales, and the coexistence of manufacturing centres in multiple locations at home and overseas, which requires a set of unified platforms for compatibility;

    3.Global Supply Chain Centre: through the Hong Kong headquarters to establish a global supply chain planning centre and follow up centre, to control the demand of subsidiaries around the world, and to unify the arrangements for stocking, production and delivery tracking.


  • Solutions

    1. Global Supply Chain Planning Centre, Hong Kong Headquarters:

    (1) NVC Hong Kong (Yida) HKSSL is a trading company, mainly docking internal and external customers and distribute the demand to internal factories or external factories for production, providing re-export trade business;

    (2) The types of business include five categories: regular orders for foreign trade, free orders for foreign trade, stock preparation orders, prototype orders and spare parts orders;

    (3) Synergy with overseas sales companies: obtaining sales forecasts from overseas subsidiaries, creating spare parts orders, and converting the spare parts orders into formal foreign trade regular orders when the orders are placed by the end customers; automatically generating inter-company receivables and payables through the automatic flow of inter-company related transactions;

    *Replaced Fishbowl's order management and QuickBook's financial bookkeeping with NetSuite's ERP component;

    *Direct connection to TrueCommerce (later SPS), which is responsible for order taking, through NetSuite's EDI eco-plugin; *Replacement of Fishbowl's order management and QuickBook's financial accounting through NetSuite's ERP component.

    *Through NetSuite's eco-logistics plug-in OzLink, we can automatically split and merge parcels in our own warehouses, and directly connect to UPS/Fedex/USPS and other logistics providers to obtain face sheets;

    (2) Zhuhai and Vietnam factories: NVC's complete supply chain planning management, production process management, and refined production costing system are built through Hitpoint MRP model;
