Informatics Challenges
1.Two sets of NetSutie system coexist, system data redundancy has not been done to integrate: one system used since 2000 (discontinued but still paying), the other new system used after the launch in 2019, the first system of up to 19 years of historical data need to be migrated to the new system;
2.Historical reasons led to the previous R&D and production management was simple and sloppy, urgently need to upgrade in accordance with the best practices of the printing industry;
3.Long-term NetSuite service partner requirements.

1. Historical data migration:
(1) Data migration preparation: collation of migration object list, collation of migration modification points;
(2) Specific migration work: functional migration and data migration, static data migration and dynamic data migration;
(3) Data verification and acceptance: business data verification and financial data verification;
