    2.Commodity Finished Parts: Add ‘Main Parts’ list on the finished parts, and the parts related to this finished product are displayed in full volume, which is convenient to support the sales of optional estimates and quotations;

    3.At the end of the business opportunities and quotes, add machine file custom records, associated customers, finished goods fittings and machines, multiple serial numbers, contract matching code, etc., and update the list of parts corresponding to the sale of the finished fittings;

    4.Quotation approval can be directly converted into a formal sales order, and the full amount brought to the quotation product mix;

Since June 2021, our company confirms the on-line Netsuite project, and got your company's strong support. Shanghai technical team could not participate in the project due to other projects, Ryan, Linda actively coordinated all the resources, organised by Beijing Collins Liu Xiaobin as the leader of the project implementation, as well as Nanjing, Shanghai, part of the technical staff to set up a cross-province team. At the beginning, we were worried that the technicians from different places had not cooperated in the project before, so whether they could have a good cooperation. After the preliminary communication and research, as well as the orderly progress of the project, the good communication between all parties completely eliminated our concerns.


The implementation team led by Collins, including Justin, Lancer, Arlene, Paul and other excellent technical staff, conducted a detailed research on our needs in the early stage and fully understood our needs. During the implementation process, we also faced difficulties such as increased demand and changes, project members actively communicated, discussed, and provided solutions in a timely manner. In the implementation of Netsuite and Salesforce data interface, Bob, the technical director of Netsuite, also made great efforts and overcame countless technical difficulties. During the implementation of the project, there were outbreaks of epidemics one after another in different places. As the project members came from different parts of the country, it increased the difficulty of project promotion. In order to ensure the project progress, the team members worked overtime and closely cooperated with each other, and finally went live on 8 October 2021 as originally planned.
