    FoodWare is a Chinese American company that provides a wide range of high-end kitchenware products to the US market. The product suppliers and supply chain team are all based in China, and the supply chain team is a cooperative model that hires external companies.

  • Informatics Challenges

    1.The urgent need for system replacement support: at that time, the two FoodWare U.S. companies were already implementing the NetSuite system, the domestic procurement management and supplier collaboration, consolidation of shipments and warehouses, export customs management need to be confirmed with the domestic supply chain partner team and replace the old system used in the country; the need to provide domestic supply chain process improvement suggestions for the new NetSuite system;

    2.Training domestic supply chain partner team about NetSuite features and specific operations;

    3.Long-term NetSuite service partner requirements.


  • Solutions

    1.Hitpoint is well versed in global trade and domestic supply chain, and participated in this project from the late stage of FoodWare NetSuite system design, and provided a lot of constructive opinions for the process optimisation of domestic supply chain;

    2.Hitpoint conducted systematic training on NetSuite basics for the domestic supply chain partner team;

    3.With the domestic supply chain partner team participated in the FoodWare NetSuite system UAT test and on-line test work;

    4.Provide long-term NS system after-sales operation and maintenance services and function improvement services.
