    Shanghai Flama Welding Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Flama Welding’) was established in 2008, is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service of welding equipment. The company's brand FLama welding machine has fully passed the national CCC electric safety compulsory certification, the European Union CE certification, CSA certification and so on. Our products are exported to all over the world, and we have strategic partners in the United States, Indonesia, Turkey, Brazil, Russia, Portugal and other parts of the world.

  • Informatics Challenges

    Flama Welding is a very early NetSuite customer in China, from the second half of 2017 Hitpoint began to cooperate with Flama Welding, so far it has been up to 8 years.


    1.Two factories in Shanghai, two sets of Kingdee K3, no group control, unable to systemise inter-company related transactions;

    2.More professional sub-systems: self-developed PLM system, self-developed WMS library, semi-self-developed MES system, each sub-system needs to be seamlessly connected with ERP, and the Kingdee system at that time didn't have this kind of docking ability;

    3.It is necessary to pass through EDI with overseas customers to get orders from European and American customers directly;

    4.Overseas offices, the need for global CRM system to expand overseas business.

    1. NetSuite's own capability can meet most of Flama's welding requirements:

    (1) NetSuite grouping ability to solve the requirements of the group management of Hezong multi-factory;

    (2) NetSuite PaaS platform's ability to solve the multi-system seamless integration, the subsequent process through;

    (3) NetSuite's multi-language CRM module meets the sales management issues of its multiple overseas offices;

    (4) NetSuite comes with EDI ecosystem and EDI plug-ins to easily dock overseas EDI orders;

    2.Hitpoint help and Flama welding reconstruction of its own business and financial closed-loop process, while providing a large number of NetSuite business and development training, together completed the docking and integration of a number of professional sub-systems.
