  • Informatics Challenges

    1.Because of the large price fluctuations of bulk goods, the timeliness of enquiry, quotation and order is highly required, and timely price support is key;

    2.The demand for enquiry and quotation for different product lines and trade terms requires high CRM flexibility;

    3.Framework contracts are mainly, with a long delivery cycle, during which the price fluctuates greatly, and the need to confirm the price of recent orders in batches according to plan;

    4.A large number of inter-company related transactions: the overseas company is responsible for the signing of the framework contract, and the domestic group or supply chain company is responsible for delivery,;

    5.The framework contract requires a complete back-to-back allocation process, but there are many contract change scenarios, and the reverse process involves a whole body;

    6.Customer credit and order risks are high, requiring CITIC Insurance to be deeply involved in the insurance business;

    7.The original self-developed OMS system and CRM system are just basic business systems, which are difficult to meet the coherent management of the whole business and financial chain.


  • Solutions

    Hitpoint built the entire B2B bulk trading platform base for YikaiMei and reshaped the entire sales contract allocation process: replacing the self-developed CRM, order centre and financial software with NetSuite CRM+ERP to realise an integrated business and financial process through:

    Hitpoint Cloud built the base of B2B bulk trading platform for YikaiMei based on NetSuite system, and reshaped the whole sales contract dispensing process: replacing self-research CRM, order middle office and financial software with Netsuite CRM+ERP to realize the industry and finance integration process through:


    1.a unified commodity master data management center: cleaning and reconstruction of 3 major lines of business master data coding rules, SPU-SKU, trade type, brand, origin, expiration date, the corresponding security certificates and cargo transport identification;

    2、Establish complete commodity price list: sales guide price and purchase price for different product lines with different trade terms;

    3.Build CRM inquiry and quotation process: business opportunities - sales guide price - internal inquiry - external inquiry - quotation - contract process;

    4.reshaping the sales contract allocation of the whole process: in the original sales framework contract (SC), sales orders (SO), purchase orders (PO) on the basis of the actual online and offline processes, in NetSuite to increase the SS (shipping plan), SCD (contract allocation), SP (logistics plan) three core business documents, an SC can contain multiple SS, an SS corresponds to a A SC can contain multiple SS, a SS corresponds to a SO, a SS can push down multiple SCD, a SCD corresponds to a PO and SP; PO inspection and receipt of goods after the transfer of the right to automatically make up for the full process of financial attributes of the documents, including related transaction documents, SO, PO, as well as the relevant entry and exit of the warehouse and accounts receivable and payable documents, any change in the delivery process of the contract in the middle of the three major business processes to change individually, will not affect the other financial documents;

    5.CITIC Bao docking: LC limit, non-LC limit, bank code application, buyer code application, limit balance, shipping details declaration, foreign exchange collection confirmation and other common processes of docking.
