    1.Based on the NetSuite CRM module functions, we have customised the sales forecasting, pre-actual comparison report, internal and external inquiry and quotation process, which opens up the whole CRM-to-order process from business opportunity > team follow-up -> internal inquiry -> external inquiry -> external quotation -> sales contract;

    2. Full traceability of sales forecast and change: sales forecast at the beginning of the year -> sales forecast associated with business opportunities -> sales forecast associated with quotations -> sales forecast associated with contracts -> analysis of sales forecast implementation and actual achievement of comparative reports, as well as quarterly forecast change adjustment;

    3.Complete control of multiple sales order (contract) execution processes: sales order (group inventory) -> intra-group allocation -> shipping -> invoicing -> collection process, or sales order (no group inventory) -> intra-group requisitioning -> external procurement -> intra-group allocation -> shipping -> invoicing -> collection process;
