AMG (Advanced Manufacturing Group) began manufacturing footwear in 1984. With offices in New York, Taiwan and South Korea, its roots are in retail and branded footwear, producing for Fila, Dexter, Sears, Hi-Tec and Magnum.AMG opened a stand-alone factory in Fujian, China, in 2004, which includes a sample room, laboratory, development office, design headquarters, production planning, and a technical service centre.Expanding in 2011 into Cambodia and Vietnam, with offices in Phnom Penh and Hanoi to manage production with partners. As of 2019, AMG operates in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and the United States, managing the supply chain for brands and retailers in over 100 countries.

Solutions
1.Systematic reconstruction of AMG's entire business and financial processes: Generate AMG SO after obtaining customer POs from the client, and automatically generate back-to-back POs for suppliers, and later adjust the entire business chain documents in a timely manner according to the changes in demand on the demand side and changes in the delivery schedule on the supply side;
2.Connect with AMG Flex PLM to obtain the master data and estimated cost information (Cost Sheet) of the customer's customised products;
3.Through NetSuite EDI interface to open the client PO, order confirmation, ASN, invoice and collection information, timely response to changes in demand;
4.Through the NetSuite supplier portal and outsourcing factory systematic interaction capacity, production planning, outsourcing work orders and factory notification, real-time synchronisation of order delivery status;
5.Customised mobile QA APP for AMG and connected it with NetSuite: NetSuite backend defines QA standards for various products and generates corresponding QA tasks according to the production status of the order; QA inspectors shuttle to more than 30 outsourcing factories through QA APP, conduct on-site QA and upload QA results, and generate various QA analysis reports in NetSuite; Mobile QA APP is especially suitable for ODM-type multi-plant. APP is especially suitable for ODM type multi-factory virtual warehouse on-site quality inspection requirements;
6.Customised more than 20 sets of customs and shipping document templates for AMG through NetSuite PaaS platform (each major customer has different requirements), including packing list, bill of lading and commercial invoice templates.
