Deeply plant digital genes and accumulate information assets

Cross-border e-commerce is a platform through the Internet that promotes China's consumer goods, manufactured products, and future agricultural products to the world stage. Compared with traditional trade, cross-border e-commerce has shortened multiple links from wholesale to sales, greatly reducing trade costs. But at the same time, the complex nature of cross-border e-commerce business makes enterprises put forward higher requirements for information management system in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency.

Beijing Huaqing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaqing Technology") is a cross-border e-commerce company with offices in Beijing, Jinan, Dongguan, Shenzhen and the United States. The company's main business is furniture, outdoor products, fishing gear, etc. Since its establishment in 2014, it has adhered to the brand boutique model as the guide. Many of its brands have formed a certain brand awareness and influence in different vertical segments. At present, the main sales channels include global sites such as Amazon in the United States, Europe and Japan.

In the face of rising operating costs and red ocean competition, Huaqing Technology will join hands with Oracle NetSuite, LingXing, and Hitpoint Cloud to build a unified platform for enterprise information management in 2022, which will centralize, share, and rationally utilize enterprise information assets. The "digital" gene is deeply rooted in the barriers to brand competition. After the efforts of the four parties, the project was successfully launched on August 10, 2022. Due to the epidemic and some finishing work, a project summary celebration will be held today (May 11, 2023). It is believed that in the future journey, the results of this project will help Huaqing Technology to better go through the consumption cycle and enhance brand equity.

It seems that every cross-border e-commerce company must go through the growth stage from barbaric growth to intensive cultivation, but every cross-border company has a different growth path. Huaqing Technology has been deeply involved in vertical subdivisions such as furniture and outdoor hunting supplies. After experiencing self-breaking and self-transformation time and time again, the business has grown to its current scale. Challenges and opportunities coexist. Huaqing Technology’s current business development is facing problems such as the large number of SKUs of managed products, the large number of average daily order processing, the wide distribution of service consumers, the large distance span of operating warehouses, and the long business operation chain. New challenges are constantly being raised for business management and operations.The emergence of this series of situations means that enterprises need to be supported by professional tools in many fields such as financial management, inventory management, supply chain management, order management, and network information security.

The first phase of the informatization project aimed at the above business pain points of Huaqing Technology, and built a closed-loop financial integrated management platform suitable for Huaqing Technology's cross-border business. Huaqing Technology has attached great importance to this project, and there are as many as 80 important participants in the project. Fortunately, hard work will eventually pay off. The success of the project is due to the dedication of every project personnel. 12 demand research reports, 136 configuration and development documents, 42 business and financial processes, and 117 interface development and design are the bricks and mortar of the project. The embodiment of tile is also the medal of hard work of every project personnel.

System integration: Realize the interconnection between NetSuite and Lingxing, Yikuaibao, Feituo and other systems, open up the connection of relevant financial business data, eliminate information islands, improve data accuracy and reliability, and create seamless cross-system and cross-ecology experience.
